The Brand

Andrea Iyamah is a Nigerian-founded luxury resort wear and swimwear brand with bold prints and an international editorial aesthetic.

The Challenge

The brand's creative was strong but their paid social structure wasn't built to scale. Campaigns were siloed by product, audience testing was ad-hoc, and cost-per-acquisition was creeping up with no clear path to profitable scale.

Our Approach

We restructured the entire campaign architecture — consolidating audiences at the ad set level, implementing a creative testing framework that rotated 8–12 new concepts monthly, and building separate campaigns for prospecting versus retargeting. A Reels-first creative strategy significantly improved thumb-stop rate.
