1. Our Commitment

At Korexify, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.

2. Refund Eligibility

Project-Based Services

Refunds for project-based services may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund of deposits if requested within 48 hours of payment and before any work has commenced
  • During Project: Partial refunds may be considered if we fail to deliver agreed-upon services within the scope. Refund amount will be prorated based on work completed
  • Non-Delivery: Full refund if we fail to deliver the project within 60 days of the agreed deadline (excluding client-caused delays)

Monthly Retainer Services

  • Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins
  • Services can be canceled with 30 days' written notice
  • No refund for partial months of service

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after work has begun
  • Dissatisfaction with results that meet the agreed-upon scope and deliverables
  • Delays caused by client failure to provide materials, feedback, or approvals
  • Third-party service costs (e.g., Shopify fees, app subscriptions, ad spend)
  • Work completed according to specifications but rejected due to subjective preferences
  • Services already rendered or partially completed
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us in writing via email at korexify@gmail.com
  2. Include your project details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide supporting documentation if applicable
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for us to review your request

We will respond with our decision and, if approved, process the refund within 14 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Cancellations before work begins: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellations during project: Payment required for work completed to date; no refund of deposit
  • Monthly services: 30 days' notice required; final month is non-refundable

Korexify-Initiated Cancellation

If we are unable to continue services for any reason, we will provide a full refund for any undelivered work.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding refunds, we encourage open communication to reach a fair resolution. If a satisfactory agreement cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases where:

  • A portion of the project has been completed satisfactorily
  • There are extenuating circumstances affecting project completion
  • Both parties agree to a mutually acceptable resolution

Partial refund amounts will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and agreed upon deliverables.

9. Guarantee Period

For project-based work, we offer a guarantee period (typically 30-90 days post-launch, as specified in your agreement) during which we will fix bugs or issues related to our work at no additional cost. This guarantee does not constitute grounds for a refund but ensures quality post-delivery support.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (such as sales or traffic increases), we guarantee that our work will meet professional industry standards and match the agreed-upon specifications. If deliverables do not meet these standards, we will revise the work at no additional charge within the scope of the original agreement.

11. Changes to This Policy

Korexify reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
