Caljava International is a leading supplier of specialty cake decorating products, edible images, and baking tools to professional bakers and decorators.

Caljava was running on an outdated platform that couldn't scale with their growing B2B and B2C customer base. SKU count exceeded 2,000, wholesale pricing tiers were complex, and any migration risk could disrupt their core business operations.

We executed a phased migration strategy with a parallel environment running until go-live was confirmed stable. All 2,000+ SKUs were migrated with metafield-rich product data, B2B pricing was handled through Shopify's wholesale channel, and a custom order management workflow was built to handle their mixed B2B/B2C fulfillment model.
