The Brand

Ceramiracle is a premium skincare brand from Singapore specializing in ceramide-based formulations with a strong following in the clean beauty community.

The Challenge

Ceramiracle had viral product moments but couldn't convert that earned attention into consistent paid performance. Meta campaigns would spike on launch days and then decay rapidly, with no sustainable acquisition engine underneath.

Our Approach

We rebuilt the Meta account structure around a perpetual testing funnel — constant creative refresh at the top of the funnel, tightly segmented middle-funnel audiences built from video viewers and add-to-cart behavior, and a dynamic retargeting layer for high-intent visitors. Ugc creator partnerships delivered 11 new ad creatives monthly.
