The Challenge

Garner's Garden had a passionate community but monetization was inconsistent. Most revenue came in spikes around product launches or sales events with no reliable base revenue from automated communications.

Our Approach

We designed an email program around education and community — ingredient spotlights, 'why we don't use X' content, and ambassador stories built trust while product recommendation flows drove conversion. An SMS quick-add program for flash restocks became their highest-converting channel.
