Larder Meat Co. is a heritage-focused meat delivery brand specializing in pasture-raised and heritage breed proteins sourced from independent farms.

The Challenge

The brand's identity felt similar to commodity meat delivery competitors. Customers weren't connecting with the sourcing story or the quality differential, resulting in high churn on subscription boxes and a low repeat purchase rate.

We led a complete brand identity overhaul — new name architecture, visual system, and a tone of voice that spoke to the discerning home cook.
