Despite strong scientific credibility, the product pages weren't effectively communicating the tangible benefits of PECO technology to a customer evaluating against cheaper competitors. The science was present but not persuasive.
We restructured product pages to lead with outcome statements (what the air feels like after) before explanation (how the technology works). Comparison modules against traditional HEPA were A/B tested and increased time on page significantly. A live chat integration for technical questions was added during checkout.
