The Challenge

Nomad's product quality was unmatched in the category, but the digital store experience wasn't keeping pace. A 1.8% conversion rate significantly underperformed relative to the brand's organic traffic and retention metrics.

Our Approach

We executed a full site audit and restructured the product page experience around material storytelling — close-up shots of grain and texture, side-by-side comparisons of aged leather, and technical spec callouts matched to customer decision criteria. Compatibility filtering was rebuilt to eliminate the #1 pre-purchase question.
