Planet Beauty is a multi-brand beauty retailer with a curated selection of prestige and clean beauty brands across skincare, makeup, and wellness.
Despite a large and engaged customer base, Planet Beauty's email program was heavily reliant on one-off promotions. They lacked a sophisticated automated flow architecture and their segmentation strategy wasn't leveraging purchase history or brand affinity data.
We built a full lifecycle email program with 14 automated flows triggered by purchase behavior, brand preferences, and replenishment timing. Google Shopping was restructured with custom labels for margin tiers. Brand-specific email campaigns were A/B tested across 6 variables per send.
