The Challenge

Despite strong brand awareness and consistent ad spend, Truewerk's conversion rate lagged behind industry benchmarks. Checkout drop-off was unusually high, and product pages weren't doing enough to convert consideration into purchase.

We ran a full CRO audit — heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis — and identified the top friction points. New product page templates were deployed with restructured benefit hierarchy, size-fit guides, and real job-site reviews prominently featured.
