The Challenge
A legacy platform migration had flagged as high-risk for SEO — the old URL structure and metadata needed to be preserved precisely or years of domain authority could be lost.
Our Approach
We built a comprehensive SEO migration plan that preserved all existing URL structures, implemented 301 redirects for the 400+ URLs that had to change, and strengthened technical SEO across the new Shopify instance. Google Shopping was restructured post-migration to capitalize on recovered traffic.
